What if my package does not fit in the InPost Robomat's locker?

If, when placing the parcel in the main chamber, you find that the package does not fit in the locker, you can change the size and choose a larger size of the box on the InPost Robomat’s screen. If it turns out that the package is larger than the largest locker size, you can hand it over to the salesperson in the same Żabka store (Parcel Point).

What happens if it turns out that the package, which I want to send from and InPost Robomat weighs more than 7 kg?

If the parcel exceeds the maximum shipment dimensions or weight (more than 7 kg), it may be handed to the salesperson in Żabka, i.e. in the Parcel Point located at the same address. You can also send it from any other Parcel Locker of your choice.

Can my parcel be collected at the PUDO point even though I ordered it to the InPost Robomat?

Yes, if the package you ordered is larger than the largest locker of the InPost Robomat, or weighs more than 7 kg, or the Robomat is full, then your package will be available to collect from the salesperson in Żabka (Parcel Point) at the same address.
