The controllers of your personal data are:

1. the local InPost company from the country where you send the parcel (e.g. InPost Italia, InPost Iberia, etc.) — with respect to handling the dispatch of the parcel within that country, and
2. InPost Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków (ul. Pana Tadeusza 4, 30-727 Kraków, Poland) — with respect to the delivery of the parcel within Poland.

Each controller is independently responsible for processing data within its respective scope. InPost Sp. z o.o. has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via the contact form: Contact us | InPost. Contact details of the local controller and — if appointed — its data protection officer can be found in the InPost Privacy Policy.

We process your personal data for the purpose of providing the Szybkie Nadania (Quick Shipments) service, in particular for dispatching and delivering the parcel and handling related enquiries. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessity for the performance of a contract).

Data may be shared with entities supporting the provision of the service, in particular IT providers, payment operators and logistics partners, as well as between the controllers to the extent necessary to transfer the parcel from the country of dispatch to the country of delivery.

You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office; in other countries, the competent national data protection authority.
