Report InPost impersonation scams

In order to check if the e-mail really comes from InPost, we need some information from the original message. This will make it easier for us to identify the source of the problem and take appropriate action.

To this end, please fill out the form and enter the data in the appropriate fields.

What will be needed?

Sender's email address:

  • Gmail: Open the message, click “three dots” → “Show original” → you will find the address in the “From” field.
  • Outlook.office.com: Click on the sender's address → copy the visible email.
  • Other programs may offer different methods for viewing the address.

Suspicious link:

  • In most Windows programs, simply right-click → “Copy link address”.
  • Do not click on the link to avoid opening any page.
  • If you prefer, you can simply attach the entire message as a file - then we will retrieve the necessary information.

Saving the message as a file:

  • Right-click the message and select “Download” → “As MSG/EML” or “Forward as attachment” → download the file from the created draft version of the message.
  • This allows you to submit it through the form without the risk of opening links or attachments.
