How to return a parcel with InPost

Method 1: Return your purchases using the InPost Mobile app

1. In the bottom application menu, select the "Return" icon

In the "Search for a store" section, enter the name of the store to which you want to return goods. The list includes stores that offer the return service for free. You can also select a shipment for returning from your shipments list, which you can find below.

2. Fill out the return form

Fill in the details of the return shipment and click "return the package". If it is not required for the selected store to accept a return, then that's it - your return has been filed! If the return needs to be accepted by the store, wait for confirmation. You will receive a notification in the application and in an e-mail when the return can be dispatched from a Parcel Locker. You will find your return code in the InPost Mobile app and in the email.

3. Prepare a package with a returned goods

If you are using the same box (which we encourage, as it's more sustainable!), remove the old label. All you need to do is to write the return code on the package by hand. You do not know how to safely pack your return parcel? Check out our packaging guide!

4. Send the return package from any Parcel Locker

Send the return package from any Parcel Locker - just scan the QR code from the InPost Mobile application using the scanner in the Parcel Locker or select the option of sending the parcel on the Parcel Locker screen and enter the return code. Place the package in the locker. And that's it - your return package has been dispatched!

Method 2: Send via SzybkieZwroty.pl!

1. Go to SzybkieZwroty.pl

From the list of stores that offer the return service for free, select the one in which you purchased the goods you are returning. If your store is not on the list - send the package via InPost SzybkieNadania.

2. Fill out the return form

Fill in the details of the return in the form (have the order number prepared). If it is not required for the selected store to accept a return, then that's it - your return has been filed!
If the return needs to be accepted by the store, wait for confirmation after completing the form. You will receive a notification in the application and in an e-mail when the return can be dispatched from a Parcel Locker. You will find your return code in the InPost Mobile app and in the email.

3. Prepare a package with a returned goods

If you are using the same box in which you received your order (we encourage you to do so for the sake of sustainability and zero waste!), remove the old label. Put the return code on the box - you can write it by hand. Don't know how to pack your return package? Check out our packaging guide!

4. Send the return package from any Parcel Locker

Send the return package from any Parcel Locker - just scan the QR code that you will receive in the InPost Mobile application, using the scanner in the Parcel Locker, or select the option of sending the parcel from the Parcel Locker screen and enter the return code manually. Place the package in the locker and... you're done!

Sending a shipment using the Parcel Manager

Sending shipments from a Parcel Locker is very easy. All you need is an account in our Parcel Manager. Creating an account only takes a few minutes and costs nothing - later you can add money to your account and post your parcels very easily.

To send a Parcel Locker shipment:

1. Log into the Parcel Manager

How to return a product bought on Allegro?

If you have chosen Allegro InPost as a delivery option, the cost of return of the item is included in the price of delivery.

To return an item:

Go to the Moje Allegro > Moje zakupy > Licytacje i Kup Teraz: Przesyłki tab and click zwrot produktu next to the item you wish to return.

You will receive a text message with a return code. At the same time, inform the seller of your intention to return the item.

Prepare the parcel. You will not need a return address. All you have to do is use the return code you will receive in a text message.
