Please be informed that on account of holidays falling in the Christmas and New Year season, InPost services will follow the special time schedule.
At the same time, we guarantee that all parcels that you send through the InPost network by December 22 to the cut-off times of 13:00/ 16:00* will reach the recipients before Christmas.
* The time of shipment depends on the location of shipment or individual arrangements of sellers with InPost.
Remember that it is not enough to have sales registed on December 22. The condition for delivery before Christmas Eve is that you send your parcels in the InPost network by December 22, according to the shipment cut-off time established for you.
Parcel pick-ups on December 22 will take place in accordance with the agreement signed with you or the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations. Shipments processed by Parcel Lockers and Parcel Points, shipped by 1:00 pm on December 22, will also be delivered by Christmas.
Christmas season:
- 24 December (Saturday) – courier pick-up orders will not be performed.
- 25/26 December (Sunday, Monday) – due to holidays, parcels will not be delivered.
Parcels collected on 23.12.2022 (Friday) will be delivered on 27.12.2022 (Tuesday).
New Year season:
- 31 December (Saturday) – deliveries via Weekend Parcel service will be performed.
- January 6 (Friday) - due to the holiday, delivery and collection of shipments will not be performed.
Parcels collected on 5.01.2023 (Thursday) will be delivered on 09.01.2023 (Monday).
