It’s a service that allows you to send items that are still usable for free.

Loop it forward – how does it work?

It's a way to Loop forward things you no longer need. Instead of throwing them away or putting them aside for later, you pack the parcel and send it for free.

Without printing labels. Without queues. Without wondering what to do with it.

What can you Loop it forward?

The best items are those that:

• are clean and dry,
• are in good condition (suitable for further use),
• are safe and can be packed securely.

Examples

Clothes, shoes, books, toys, small electronics - basically household items that can get a second life.

If something is heavily damaged, incomplete, or worn out so much it can’t be reused, it’s better to choose local collection solutions (e.g., textiles, e-waste). The goal isn’t to give away items “just for the sake of it,” but to do it meaningfully.

How to use Loop it forward?

1. Pack your items
   Use a box or poly mailer. Match the size of the packaging to the contents and seal it well.
2. Generate a Loop it forward code
   You can do this in the InPost Mobile app or online.
3. Write the code on the parcel
   By hand, using a marker or pen.
4. Send the parcel via a Parcel Locker
   Scan the QR code or enter the code on the screen. The locker will open. Place the parcel inside, close it… and you’re done.

How to get ready?

A few simple rules:

• pack carefully (so the parcel arrives intact),
• separate delicate items and protect them with paper or padding,
• secure electronics especially well and erase data (reset, log out, remove memory cards),
• do not send wet or dirty items.

What happens to the parcel next?

After sending, the parcel goes to our partner, VIVE Textile Recycling.

There, the items you’ve given can gain new value and purpose. For example, textiles may be reused or recycled, depending on their condition. The whole process respects the material: assessment → reuse → recycling.

In other words, you free up space at home, and your unused items can get a second life.
