Therefore, when ordering your Parcel, you may receive an SMS with this content:
ATTENTION CHANGE! You are exceptionally welcome to collect your parcel at Parcel Post XXX, [STREET], [CITY] from now until [XX:XX]. Please state the following at the time of collection courier telephone number and the last four digits of the package number X XXX. See you there!
What does this mean?
- All the boxes of your Parcel Machine are currently occupied.
- We would nevertheless like to get the Parcel into your hands as soon as possible.
- You will collect your parcel directly from the courier from a so-called Mobile Parcel Machine, i.e. from a car parked in the immediate vicinity of the InPost machine.
Why did we launch Mobile Parcel Machines?
Because every year Paczkomaty break popularity records. During last year's Christmas season, the most popular Paczkomaty at Górczewska Street in Warsaw delivered as many as 518 parcels in one day!
