How long does it take to collect a parcel from a Parcel Machine?

When your parcel arrives at the Parcel Machine, you will receive a notification in the app/e-mail/SMS. As standard, you have 48h to collect your parcel.
In the event that your Easypack machine is full, your parcel will be delivered to a temporary Easypack machine (located no more than 2 km as the crow flies from your original Easypack machine), where you will be able to collect it for 1 full working day. If you fail to do so, the parcel will be delivered to the originally selected Parcel Machine. There it will be waiting for you for another 48 hours.

Only after this date will it be returned to the branch. Please note that you can check the current status of your parcel at Tracking of shipments or in the InPost Mobile app, which you can easily and safely download from Google Play or the App Store.
