We have been informed that the problems with importing data from Allegro have been resolved. At the moment the data is already being returned and the backlog is gradually being caught up.

The problems with importing data from Allegro are the result of a fault with the WebAPI on the part of that company. You can find out all the details about this from the Allegro website. We have been informed that all transactions will be available for import later this evening.

Dear Customers,
we would like to inform you about problems with importing data from Allegro into Parcel Manager. The problem is diagnosed and work is currently underway to fix it. We will inform you of its resolution in an update to this post.
