Information on the sale of InPost Express

The Integer.pl Group decided to sell the company, as the proposed valuation was very favourable. The InPost Group will continue to provide logistics services to InPost Express as before, on the basis of the current long-term contract.

The buyer is Logistics Venture, a special purpose vehicle set up by financial investors.
