InPost among the best employers in Poland!

It is with great pleasure that we share great news: InPost has been included in this year's list of Poland's Best Employers 2022 - Best Employers in Poland 2022, in the Transport and Logistics category!
The ranking was prepared by research firm Statista in partnership with Forbes, which asked the employees themselves about their assessment of the employers. The survey ran from September to October 2021 and involved the completion of an anonymous questionnaire, available on the online research panel and on forbes.co.uk, so that the companies included in the list did not influence the results.
The survey tested the willingness to recommend the workplace to their friends and strangers through online portals. Employees rated their employers on, among other things:
- wages,
- working time and conditions,
- opportunities for promotion and development,
- equipment available in the office,
- remote working,
- relationships between colleagues.
We are very proud of this award! Thanks to him, we know that the changes we are making at InPost are good not only for the environment, but also for our Employees which motivates us even more!
