InPost delivered 108% more parcels on Black Friday

Black Friday, although it originates from the USA and means starting there Christmas shopping season This day is also well established in Poland. Every year on this day, retailers record significant increases in turnover. Thanks to its recurrence, it is also an important development indicator for the country's e-commerce sector. On this year's Black Friday, InPost delivered 108% more parcels compared to Black Friday the year before. In the week leading up to Black Friday including Friday, InPost delivered 2.850 million parcels.

On the other hand, it is an expression of customers' appreciation of our courier service, which we have built from scratch in a record period of 2 years." - said Rafał Brzoska , founder and CEO of InPost.
On Black Friday 24.11.2017, the number of parcels sent to Parcel Machines® InPost increased by 194.5% Compared to 'Black Friday' 25.11.2016, and the number of courier shipments increased by 35.85% . In contrast, in 2016 versus 2015, the increases on the day were: courier deliveries by 91% and parcel shipments to Parcel Machines® by 56%.
