Maintenance window on 12 May 2026 from 00:00 to 01:00

To ensure the security and reliability of our IT systems, we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance on our servers between 00:00 and 01:00 (CEST) on the night of Monday 12 May.
Don’t worry – you’ll still be able to collect your prepaid parcels from a Parcel Locker using a collection code or a QR code.
Below you will find a detailed description of how the work will affect our services.

During the maintenance window, the following will be unavailable:
- using the app InPost Mobile and InPost Fresh , as well as services Post Office Payment ,
- sending parcels, generating labels and arranging courier deliveries and directed to devices Parcel locker in Parcel Collection Point (PUDO points) via the InPost Mobile app,
- remote collection of parcels from Paczkomat machines using the InPost Mobile app,
- redirection of parcels as part of the ‘Dynamic Parcel Redirection’ option.
