InPost's automated terminals also stand out from other logistics services dedicated to e-commerce. As many as 75% of Paczkomaty® InPost users rated them better and much better than traditional courier services. Delivery to innovative terminals is also competitive with Polish Post services - over 88% of respondents considered Paczkomaty® InPost to be better. Furthermore, up to 64% of users would abandon a purchase from an online shop if it did not offer a delivery service to Paczkomaty® InPost.
There are already more than 1,300 Paczkomats® InPost in Poland - the network was expanded by another 200 locations compared to the end of 2014. The decision to expand is due to the growing needs of residents of smaller towns and cities, who are increasingly willing to use the e-commerce offer and aims to provide them with the possibility of collecting parcels 24/7. The Integer.pl Group intends to continue the expansion and will install a total of 600 new terminals in 2015.
Paczkomaty® InPost in 2014 once again broke records for popularity among Polish e-commerce users. The number of parcels delivered using the terminals increased by more than 90.5% compared to 2013 and by 440% compared to 2012. In the fourth quarter of 2014, InPost reached an agreement with Allegro for strategic cooperation in the delivery of products ordered online. Now, in the delivery options, each e-tailer can add new options: Allegro Parcel Machines ® InPost (PLN 7.99) and Allegro Polecony InPost (PLN 3.94). This is the cheapest form of delivery available - for both registered letter and parcel. In each of these options, customers are guaranteed a free return of the purchased goods.
Paczkomaty® InPost are already operating on 4 continents, including countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Poland, Ireland, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Colombia, Canada, Australia and Saudi Arabia. By the end of 2015, more than 5,000 InPost Parcel Machines® will be available - in various business models - around the world. The company plans to install a further 4,000 terminals across Europe, the Americas, as well as in the Middle East.
