New zoning arrangements from 22 May 2026

Dear Customer,

Please note that from 22 May 2026 we will introduce an update to the allocation of postcodes within the zonal division structure. This means a change to the cut-off times for sending parcels via a Paczkomat® parcel locker, a PaczkoPunkt collection point or an on-demand (ad-hoc) courier collection request for selected postcodes.

Please note that deadline in each zone means the latest date for posting the parcel, so so that your parcel can be dispatched on the very same day.

If you use fixed courier collection times, this information does not apply to you.
