Dear customers ,

We would like to inform you that during the period from 1 November at 13:00 to 2 November at 08:00 we will be carrying out maintenance work on InPost's systems.

As a result, it will be unavailable:

  • Sending courier and parcel parcels using the WebTrucker and Parcel Manager platforms.
  • Sending parcels without a label directly to the Parcel Post.
  • Tracking shipments on the website, mobile app and via chatbot.
  • Shipment of parcels using Quick Shipments.
  • Broadcasting Quick Returns.
  • Possibility of locating Parcel Machines and Parcel Service Points.
  • Issuing the consignment to the courier via the Kar-tel terminal at the POP.
  • Receiving parcels from Courier and Customer at POP.
  • Registering entries for the InPost Lottery.

During this time, customers will not receive shipment status notifications on the app , by e-mail and/or SMS.

However, without a problem it will be possible to collect parcels from Parcel Machines and to send parcels at Parcel Machines with a pre-prepared label.

We would also like to inform you that on 1 November from 13:00 The InPost Hotline will not be open.

The updates introduced will contribute to a more efficient handling of the parcels you send and receive.
