Planned optimisation changes

Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that on 28.08.2019, from 22:15 until 01:15 maintenance work will be carried out, as a result of which selected InPost services will be temporarily unavailable.
It will not be possible at this time:
- creation, payment and generation of parcel shipments via API integrations and Parcel Manager
- generation of return codes for Allegro shipments and for Fast Returns
- checking the current status of parcel shipments and the status of parcel machines and POKs at www.inpost.pl as in other systems such as Allegro
- Posting of parcels at Parcel Machines and POP (applies to postage of unlabelled parcels as well)
- payment of cash on delivery via PayByLink fast payments
There will also be no SMS and e-mail messages with collection codes during this time.
ATTENTION! It will be possible to collect parcels placed in parcel machines at all times. before starting work and sending parcels with a pre-generated label.
The changes we are introducing will contribute to a more efficient handling of the parcels you send and receive. We apologise for any inconvenience.
