We present InPost’s official audio branding

The sound of a parcel locker opening, a cardboard box, a cheerful whistle – now you’ll recognise InPost with your eyes closed! The sounds you know so well have become part of a bigger project – our unique audio identity.
We’re not slowing down, and we’re always striving to surprise you with new ideas! Our audio branding isn’t just about sounds – it’s about emotions and a whole new dimension of experience that you can hear! 🎧
Inspired by the daily collection and delivery of parcels, we have created a collection of unique audio arrangements, which embody the spirit and values of InPost: joy, commitment, openness, creativity and innovation.
What tracks will you hear? 🎶
InPost’s audio identity comprises:

brand music core - a background composition featuring the characteristic sounds of hiding places and cardboard boxes, as well as the sound of whistling (a symbol of joy),

audio logo, i.e. the brand’s distinguishing feature – the musical sound of a safe being opened,
-
Functional sounds in the InPost Mobile app which enhance convenience and intuitiveness and strengthen the emotional dimension of interactions with users,
-
and also a collection of unique designs, tailored to services, products and specific areas of communication.
All of these will become an integral part of our communications. You’ll come across them, for example, in the InPost Mobile app, on our helpline, at events and in marketing campaigns.
Fun fact – Drums à la Parcel Locker 📦
That’s how it was! For the recordings on this project, we used an original percussion instrument, whose custom design was inspired by… a parcel locker! It was made up of cardboard boxes and compartments from the machine.
All this is to ensure the effect is as realistic as possible and closely mirrors your everyday experiences. That’s how we created a series of sounds that really do sound like InPost.
