We’re testing a new feature! An AI shopping assistant in the InPost app

Until now, InPost has mainly been involved at the final stage of the shopping process — delivery. But that’s about to change! We’re launching a beta test of the InPost app featuring a new feature: shopping assisted by an AI assistant, with free delivery and returns as part of InPost+.

This is a unique AI-powered solution that will make online shopping easier and more modern than ever!

Your shopping guide in the InPost app will be By Halsky – a clever dog with a keen nose for a bargain. It’ll sniff out the best deals and bring you offers tailored to your needs, helping you get to grips with the new world of AI shopping.

Once the beta testing is complete, the latest version of the app will feature a streamlined home screen, designed for even greater convenience and easy navigation. This will give you access to two integrated worlds:

• sending and receiving parcels,
• a new shopping destination.

From purchase to delivery – all in one place

This new feature has been developed to make online shopping easier.

Instead of searching through numerous websites, manually comparing specifications and going through the process of logging in and creating accounts, you’ll receive tailored recommendations from thousands of online shops all in one place.

Thus The purchasing process will begin and end in the InPost app : from finding a product, through quick checkout, to delivery and returns.

How will it work?

It’s simple. Imagine you’re opening the InPost app and selecting the ‘ Shop ”. It’s all downhill from here:

• describe the need or the product you’re interested in,
• The AI assistant finds the offers best suited to your needs in a matter of seconds,
• You can view the suggestions in a clear product carousel.

If you wish, you can add the selected product to your basket and complete your order, or ask Von Halski for a recommendation or a comparison of offers.

Our smart assistant will also highlight trends and upcoming new arrivals, inspiring you to shop and making it easier for you to make a decision.

What next?

Once all phases of testing have been completed, the service will be gradually rolled out and made available to all 16 million customers who have an InPost Mobile account.
