Now, in the event that the Parcel Post of your choice is overcrowded or damaged, the parcel will not return to the branch, but to the Parcel Post from where you can collect it.

What is PaczkoPunkt? It is a Parcel Service Point, which this time acts as a local warehouse. You have the opportunity to collect your parcel there for another day. These Parcel Service Points are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are located no further than 2 kilometres (as the crow flies) from the Parcel Machine of your choice.

If for some reason you decide not to pick up your parcel, on the second day of the courier will collect it from the Parcel Point and transport it directly to the Parcel Machine of your choice.

Throughout the whole process of transport and storage, you will be informed about the status of your parcel using the app, emails and/or text messages. At any time, you will know where to direct yourself to pick up your parcel - the Parcel Point or the destination Parcel Machine.
