InPost has been named Customer Experience Leader in Poland!

We have been recognised as the most customer-focused company in Poland. We are very proud of this award, because the changes at InPost don’t just happen out of the blue – you are our guiding light.
On 10 June in Warsaw, at the Customer Experience Inspiration and Practice Forum, we were awarded the title of Customer Experience Leader. The event is organised by the Centre for Marketing Analysis at Kozminski University, and the awards were based on an independent consumer survey carried out by OpinionWay.
Ten CX leaders in Poland have been selected – companies that stand out for their customer-focused approach and above-average performance in the area of customer experience.
This year, we’ve outperformed the competition – not just in one category, but across the board!
