Do your online shopping sessions usually end up with lots of browser tabs open and you still unable to make a decision? We’ve got the solution!
We have finished beta testing of the InPost app with new features, namely shopping assisted by an AI assistant. From 15 June, we will gradually be rolling out the service to more users, until You and nearly 17 million people You will have access to in-app purchases on the InPost app.
How does it work? Instead of trawling through dozens of websites and comparing offers manually, you get tailored recommendations from thousands of online shops, all in one place. The entire shopping process – from finding a product, through quick order completion, right through to delivery and returns – is all at your fingertips.
Meet Von Halski – the dog with a nose for the best deals
Von Halsky is an AI-powered shopping assistant that finds offers tailored to your needs in a matter of seconds. You don’t need to know the exact name of the product or trawl through hundreds of listings. All you need to do is describe what you’re looking for in your own words:
- “I need some lightweight running shoes.”
- "I'm looking for a present for a coffee lover for up to 150 zł."
- “Which blender is best for smoothies?”
Von Halsky understands the context and will help you find the best products from among the thousands of offers available on the InPost app.
The more often you chat with Von Halski, the more accurate his suggestions become. The assistant can remember your basic preferences, such as sizes, favourite colours and brands, to help it select even better offers for you.

How do I start shopping with an AI assistant?
It’s simple! If your app is updated to version 4.13 and you already have access to the service, open the ‘Shop" – you’ll find it on the app’s home screen under the dog icon – and start a conversation with Von Halski.
You can talk to the assistant non the chat or by voice function. All you need to do is click on the ‘wave’ icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and say what you need into the microphone.
Within a few seconds, you’ll receive a selection of suggestions in the form of a handy product carousel.
Filter, sort and compare whilst on a call
Before you decide which product to buy, you can tailor the results to your requirements. Ask Von Halski to:
- compared parameters of selected offers,
- filtered products according to a specific criterion,
- sorted offers, e.g. starting with the cheapest.
Are you looking for products at attractive prices? In the carousel, they are marked as “Great value deals”. For more deals: the latest promotions, discount vouchers and offers at the lowest prices, see the “Bargains” on the main screen.
Are you having second thoughts?
Find out what others are saying about this product. The assistant will go through the reviews and opinions available online for you. This will make it easier for you to make a decision and help you find the right option more quickly.
You could also ask Von Halski for a recommendation. 😉
Has something caught your eye?
You don’t have to decide to buy straight away. Click the heart icon next to the product to save it to the ‘Favourites” and come back to it later.
You can also Add product to basket and complete your purchases straight away, without leaving the app. You can choose from popular payment methods such as BLIK, card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
You can find all your orders in the ‘Orders and payments”.
A whole host of benefits with InPost+
That’s not all! Until the end of August, when you shop using the AI assistant in the InPost app, you’ll also get free delivery.
All you need to do is ensure that the value of your order with a single seller exceeds:
- 49 zł on delivery by Parcel locker,
- 99 zł on delivery by courier and parcels weighing up to 30 kg.
You can also use free returns via a parcel locker unlimited.
