Dear Customer,

We would like to inform that for the sake of the security and reliability of our IT systems, service break will take place from January 23th 6:00 PM to January 24th 3:00 AM (CET).

We would like to assure that this break does not impact the possibility of picking up parcels at Parcel Lockers using the pickup code, QR code or InPost Mobile app.

The service break will not affect the Weekend Parcell service.

Please carefully read the list below that covers all the results of the service works. It will allow you to properly prepare and adjust to the temporary inconveniences.

APM system:

It will be possible:

  • The label validity period will be extended for the service window break;
  • The validity period of parcels placed in the APMs collection will be extended for the service window break;
  • The return code validity period will be extended for the service window break.
  • It will be possible to collect parcels placed in APMs using the pickup code or QR code as well as picking up parcels using the InPost Mobile app;
  • It will be possible to select a parcel locker from map while placing new orders;
  • It will be possible to use ‘Lodówkomaty’ service;
  • It will be possible to use ‘InPost Fresh’ service;
  • It will be possible to use ‘Urząd24’ service;
  • It will be possible to create parcels through xFile service;
  • It will be possible to generate QuickView reports.

It will not be possible:

  • It will not be possible to create parcels to APMs and parcel collection points (POP/PaczkoPunkt) – creating parcels and generating labels will be possible after the service break;
  • It will not be possible to create parcels, generate labels nor placing parcels at APMs through the following services: ShipX, Quick Send (Szybkie Nadania), Quick Returns (Szybkie Zwroty), Mobile App; Parcel Manager;
  • It will not be possible to redirect APM parcels;

Logistic system:

It will not be possible:

  • It will not be possible to create and pay for courier shipments nor generate labels for parcels via API, APIv2, Quick Returns (Szybkie Zwroty), APIv4, WebTrucker https://kurier.inpost.pl, Parcel Manager https://manager.paczkomaty.pl/ or ShipX (APIX);
  • There will be no possibility of courier packages redirection.
