Contrary to appearances, this is a very extensive department - our consultants support clients both by phone, e-mail, and on social networks. We have several million telephone conversations a year! Work in this department is facilitated by division into teams, in which everyone is responsible for communication in a different area.
- By working in the Customer Service Department, you help solve various problems - from checking the status of parcels to unusual cases, such as accidentally closing a cat in a locker. Hardly any question will surprise you after the comprehensive training we offer!
- Working in shifts gives you time to follow your interests or additional activities.
Being on board with the Customer Service Department you have constant contact with other people - although sometimes difficult situations occur, in many cases conversations with clients give you energy and positive experiences!
