How to pick up a parcel from an App Parcel Locker?

If you are using the InPost Mobile application just open the locker remotely or scan the QR code with the device's scanner.

If using e-mail communication, scan the QR code contained in the message using the App Parcel Locker's scanner.

If you are using SMS communication, you will need to generate a QR code at the QR.INPOST.PL website. Simply enter the phone number to which the parcel is registered and the pick-up code received via SMS. Once generated, this code can be saved as a JPG, printed, or scanned directly from your phone screen.
