What is storage in a Parcel Service Point (PUDO)?
If the selected Parcel Locker is full, the parcel goes to a Parcel Service Point (instead of going to a remote local branch office), from where you can conveniently pick it up. The parcel is waiting at a given Parcel Point for 1 calendar day.
Don't worry, if you fail to pick it up during the storage period, it will be returned to the Parcel Locker you had originally selected.
