What will happen to an Allegro Courier InPost delivery if the courier does not find me at home?

In the event that the courier fails to successfully deliver the package, they will make another attempt at delivery on the next day or, with the consent of the Recipient, forward the shipment to the nearest InPost ParcelPoint.

If on the second day the courier does not find anyone at the address indicated, the package will be returned to the sender.

A Parcel Locker shipment is stored at a PUDO point for two days. If you do not want to collect it during this time, we will place it first at the Parcel Locker you originally selected.

An InPost Courier, Allegro Kurier24 InPost, or Allegro miniKurier24 InPost parcel will be available for pick-up from a PUDO Point for 3 days.
