Dear Customer,

We are constantly changing for you, and simplifying our processes to provide you with the highest quality services. Our solutions value simplicity, and this idea has guided us in designing the new shipping labels.

They will apply to parcels sent to Parcel Lockers machines and parcels sent using Courier – Parcel Manager service, for labels generated in the Parcel Manager and API systems. The changes will enter into force on 7.10.2022.

The reason for the introduction of the new labels is, among others, the desire to anonymise recipients' data, in response to the emerging needs of our external, as well as internal customers.

Changes to the labels we have implemented:

  • limiting the data of the sender and recipient, including the phone number to the last four digits (in the case of labels for Parcel Lockers)
  • removal of such information as reference code, date of printing the label, insurance information, contact to the Customer Service Office, courier microregion, Parcel Locker nearby
  • adding datamatrix code, which contains information about the parcel number and adding the prefix of the country of delivery
  • enlarging the area for comments from the sender
  • the layout and arrangement of labels generated on A4 format were also changed

Below we present a comparison of the existing and new shipping labels, taking into account all the above changes.

Thanks to the changes we have made, we will improve safety and efficiency of transportation, sorting and delivery of parcels.

The new look of the labels will be updated automatically.
