Allegro and InPost introduce cheap deliveries: Parcel machines for £7.99, registered mail for £3.94 and free returns

The two forms of delivery that will start to appear on Allegro from 7 November will be extremely attractively priced. Delivery Allegro Parcel Machines InPost to one of the 1,100 machines nationwide will not exceed the price of a £7.99 for postage, while postage Allegro Polecone InPost will be no more expensive than PLN 3.94 for delivery to the buyer's address. Of course, Sellers will be able to offer lower prices or free delivery on their auctions, which - according to market research - increase conversions by as much as 25% when matched with courier delivery at an average price of £15.
Delivery times, traditionally for Parcel Machines, will not exceed the time D+1 (where D is the day on which the Parcel is posted), while registered mail will be delivered at the time of D+3 . InPost's delivery agent is obliged to make two attempts to deliver the parcel to the address indicated. He also has an additional incentive in the form of a higher remuneration for parcels delivered without an avizo. However, if he or she leaves an advisory note, the customer will be able to collect the parcel at one of InPost's 8,300 points.
Free returns - they are the most important
Until now, the troublesome and costly return of wrong purchases has been the bane of e-shop customers and a barrier to the development of Polish e-commerce. The new Allegro deliveries eliminate this problem, as the return of products sent by the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost i Allegro Polecone InPost will be completely free of charge! All you have to do is download the collection code (available in the relevant Allegro tab) and take the product to a Parcel Machine or one of the 1,200 Customer Service Points (in the case of a letter).
No unnecessary formalities
Adding new delivery options to an auction is very simple. The possibility of selecting Allegro Paczkomaty InPost and Allegro Polecony InPost as a shipping method appears already at the stage of listing an auction. In order to prepare and send a parcel, you need to log into the Parcel Manager by entering your Allegro details and following the instructions. We ourselves are curious:) This is because the most important barriers faced by retailers and customers in Polish e-commerce in recent years have been overcome: high delivery costs and expensive and burdensome returns. The market is growing dynamically and the offer of the major players is evolving with it.
