Amendment of Terms and Conditions and Price Lists

Dear Sirs,

On 17 January, we published updated regulations for our services on our website:

• Regulations for the provision of postal and shipping services by InPost Sp. z o.o.
• Regulations for the provision of the "Paczkomaty 24/7" service by InPost Sp. z o.o.
• Terms and conditions for the provision of "Allegro Courier InPost" services by InPost Sp. z o.o.
• Terms and conditions of the "Allegro Paczkomaty24/7 InPost" service provided by InPost Sp. z o.o.

The changes being made to the regulations relate to three areas:

• organisational changes in the Integer.pl S.A. capital group - it is planned to transfer part of the current activities of InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o. to a company operating under the name of InPost Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, belonging to the same capital group.
• amendments concerning the adaptation of the model for the processing of personal data of consignees to the current standards in Poland
• implementation of a new additional service Parcel on the Weekend for the InPost Paczkomaty 24/7 service. We will announce the date of launch of the service in a separate announcement.

The changes made to the InPost Paczkomaty 24/7 Price List concern two areas:

• organisational changes in the Integer.pl S.A. capital group - it is planned to transfer part of the current activities of InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o. to a company operating under the name of InPost Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków, belonging to the same capital group.

The new regulations will be effective from 1 February 2020.
