Gemius: Over 50% of shoppers most likely to choose parcel machine as delivery method

Parcel machines® are developing the Polish e-Commerce market
According to the Gemius report*, as many as 52% of online shoppers declare Parcel Machines® as the most frequently chosen form of delivery of goods. This represents an increase in the popularity of the service among internet users by 4 percentage points compared to the results of the 2018 report. In addition, as many as 61% of respondents declare that the InPost service encourages them the most to shop online - an increase of 6 percentage points more year-on-year.

InPost's courier services also gained in popularity - they recorded a 5 percentage point increase in indications compared to 2018 and maintained last year's third place among the most popular courier companies in Poland. This demonstrates the high competitiveness of the services offered by InPost in the extensive courier market in Poland.
