Geowidget engine change

Dear Customers,

Due to the dynamic growth of InPost expansion of the Parcel Machine network and continuous improvement processes and tools as of 20.09.2019 make the new Geowidget tool, Open Street Maps, available to our customers .

Thanks to the Geowidget tool, you can provide on your pages a drop-down list of all the available ParcelMakers and InPost POP points to which parcels are delivered. Geowidget also allows you to embed a link which refers to a window from OpenstreetMap where the parcel machines and POP points are located.

The changes being introduced will contribute to:

- faster map updates

- faster loading and searching of Parcel Machine and POP locations

- the possibility to search for locations of Parcel Machines/POps by postal codes

In connection with the change to the current solution, you should check the correctness of the integration with the Geowidget provided by InPost. If the integration has been made in accordance with the technical documentation provided, then the change will be transparent to you and will not require any additional programming work.

However, if you have performed the integrations in a way that does not comply with the documentation, until 20.09.2019 please comply with its current API version "Goewidget v4 User's Guide (New)" available at https://docs.inpost24.com . Until then, m This can be done at any time, without worrying about the availability of existing tools. After that date, the transition will take place.
