Help us improve Parcel Machines and support the environment!

Pomoż nam ulepszyć Paczkomaty i wspieraj ekologię!

Surely each of you has your own favourite time or method of picking up your parcel at the Parcel Machine, adapted to your daily rhythm. Some people pick up their parcels on their way to work, others on their way home from school, and still others only late in the evening or at night when they have put all their important matters in order. Each of you surely also has your own thoughts on the use of our 24-hour parcel collection and posting facilities. By filling in the survey, you can share your thoughts with us.

We developed the survey on Parcel Machines together with the Maritime University of Szczecin as part of the EU GRASS project, which aims to find sustainable solutions for city logistics.

The project is a continuation of our activities in the area of ecology and urban development. In 2013, we commissioned experts from the AGH University of Science and Technology to carry out research which proved that Parcel Machine delivery drivers use less fuel than traditional couriers reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by up to 95%. In turn, researchers from Szczecin have shown that InPost's parcel machine deliverers travel 120-150 km less per day than other providers.

If the ideas of ecology and sustainability are close to your heart and you want to make your experience of using Paczkomaty even better, take a few moments to express your opinion. We assure you that it will be as easy and almost as fast as picking up your parcel at one of the 100 InPost machines;-)
