• perishable goods requiring special transport conditions;
• dead or live animals and plants;
• brittle and fragile items, e.g. glass, delicate porcelain.

Additional parcel insurance

Finally, we would like to add that every parcel delivered via Paczkomaty InPost can be insured for an additional fee. The maximum amount insured is PLN 20,000. Remember that if you insure a parcel with unauthorised contents, even if it is not delivered, you will not be entitled to compensation.
