InPost and LPP start cooperation
10 October 2019
Now you can pick up your Reserved parcels at the Parcel Machine!
InPost has established cooperation with the LPP Group, owner of 5 clothing brands. Since 1 October, customers of Reserved e-shops in Poland can order their parcels directly to Paczkomaty. There are plans to implement the possibility of collecting purchases from Paczkomaty in other e-shops of the remaining LPP Group brands - Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay .
Customers of Reserved shops have been able to pick up their purchases in Parcel Machines, available 24/7, since October 1. Thanks to the mobile application InPost Mobile Among other things, buyers can check all the information on delivery times and track their parcel.
"Customer preferences and behaviours are changing with the development of digitalisation, which is driving the transformation in retail. The LPP Group is aware of the changes in the market and in its strategy focuses not only on the expansion of its stationary shop network, but also on the development of its online shop network. InPost is a great logistics partner for online shops - as many as 52% of online shoppers declare Parcel Machines as the most frequently chosen form of delivery of goods*. These figures indicate not only a benefit in terms of customer satisfaction, but also an increase in sales of e-shops where Parcel Machines are an offered delivery option for purchased products." - points out Rafał Brzoska, CEO of InPost .
"In the retail industry, responding to customer needs is all about constantly working on improving both the offer and sales service standards. For us, establishing cooperation with the operator InPost is another step towards responding to the needs of our customers, who increasingly value time, flexibility and convenient solutions. Awareness of the changing market and the growing importance of the e-commerce channel make logistics, and thus a flexible approach to consumer expectations, one of the strategic directions of our development. We are therefore all the more pleased to join forces with a Polish operator to pursue these goals." - comments Jacek Kujawa, Vice President of LPP.
