InPost, send parcels easily and cheaply
In the new network of POKs, you will be able to easily and cheaply send a letter, a parcel to an InPost Parcel Machine® and an InPost Courier and pick up a parcel . Wiesław Tkaczuk, a management expert with experience gained in some of Poland's largest companies, became the new manager of the Network Development Division, responsible for the expansion and standardisation of POK.
„ We are consistently building our position in the e-commerce services sector. We are currently expanding our network of POKs to also accommodate letter posting, courier deliveries and parcel post. This is why we have decided to add an experienced manager to our team - Wieslaw Tkaczuk - whose knowledge and many years of practice in managing and implementing operational strategies will be a significant added value for our company." - Sebastian Anioł, CEO of the InPost Group, said.
Wiesław Tkaczuk has more than 24 years of experience in managing companies and in shaping and implementing dynamic company development strategies. Previously, he cooperated, among others, with companies from the Kolporter group - as President of the Management Board of Kolporter Promocja Sp. z o.o., he carried out its restructuring. Whereas, as Proxy Director of the Marketing Division and the Own Network Division of Kolporter S.A., he was responsible for the development of the retail press distribution network and the construction of its own network. He gained experience in the courier services industry between 2011 and 2014 as President of the Management Board of K-EX sp. z o.o. - during this period, the company tripled the number of shipments carried and implemented a number of innovative projects, including the online sales platform for courier services PewnaPaczka.pl, the Koltrak operating system, as well as a project for sending and receiving shipments in Kolporter's press salons.
"I welcomed the offer to lead the development and standardisation of the InPost Customer Service Point network. Working for a company that is continuously strengthening its position on the parcel market in Poland is a an excellent opportunity to use my experience in creating and implementing a multi-level development programme. I am convinced that, through joint efforts and the cooperation of the entire team, we will create a new quality of customer service in the POK network and become a model for companies in this sector." - says Wieslaw Tkaczuk.
The e-commerce revolution
InPost - as the operator that revolutionised both the Polish and global e-commerce sector - is systematically pursuing its development strategy for e-commerce solutions . Based on a thorough analysis of consumer needs and as part of the optimisation of solutions dedicated to e-commerce, the company is taking steps to improve the functionality and quality of services available as part of its offer. One of the elements allowing for the consistent implementation of the company's policy is the creation of a division responsible for the development and standardisation of the InPost Customer Service Point network in Poland. The expansion of the POK network, increasing its functionality to include deliveries and collections, is a response to the growing popularity of dedicated e-commerce services provided by InPost.
InPost is growing all the time
InPost S.A. is the largest independent postal operator operating on the market since 2006 as part of the Integer.pl Capital Group and the only entity of its kind operating on a nationwide scale. It has been listed on the WSE since October 2015. It is the only private postal operator with at least one permanent postal outlet in every urban and urban-rural municipality. InPost has an integrated offer including postal, courier and parcel services. Thanks to the conclusion of a strategic cooperation agreement on the delivery of products ordered online by Allegro and InPost, e-tailers have the opportunity to use Allegro Paczkomaty InPost, Allegro Polecony InPost and Allegro Kurier InPost . In all of these options, customers are guaranteed to be able to return the ordered product free of charge. On the other hand, at the end of 2015, InPost expanded the range of services it provides with multi-channel delivery, i.e. the Dynamic Parcel Redirection System. It is a solution dedicated to the category of courier parcels, which can be used by all customers wishing to collect their parcel at a selected Paczkomat® InPost instead of waiting in an agreed place for an InPost employee.
Crossing borders
In addition, InPost - in collaboration with logistics platform Sheepla - has introduced InPost Cross Border international deliveries. This is another element of InPost's integrated offer, which includes postal, courier and parcel services. The InPost Cross Border service, with the option of delivery to a specified address, now enables parcels to be sent from Poland to one of 15 countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Spain, the Netherlands, lreland, Germany, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, the UK and Italy. However, in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, InPost also delivers parcels to Paczkomaty® InPost. The range of countries covered by the service will be systematically expanded. InPost is also planning to launch a similar service in other European countries.
