InPost - leader in solutions dedicated to the e-commerce industry and owner of the world's largest network of Parcel Machines®. - has increased the number of innovative terminals in Poland by a further 200 locations. The decision to expand the network stems from the growing needs of residents of smaller towns and cities, who are increasingly eager to take advantage of e-commerce offers, and aims to provide them with the possibility of collecting parcels 24/7. The company intends to continue its expansion and will install a total of 600 new Parcel Machines® in 2015. Ireneusz Kazimierczyk, an experienced network development specialist who has served as CEO of InPost Paczkomaty since March 2015, will be responsible for the implementation of these objectives.

The decision on the new locations of Paczkomat® InPost in Poland is the result of the rapidly growing popularity of these devices among consumers. Statistics show that as many as 99% of customers using this form of delivery are satisfied with the timeliness and quality of services provided by InPost terminals, and nearly 60% of products are collected from them outside the standard opening hours of service outlets .

"Installation of Parcel Machines ® InPost in another 200 locations is a response to the growing needs of consumers. Our observations show that among users of e-sales platforms, such as Allegro, it is people living in smaller towns and cities who constitute a steadily growing group of recipients of ordered products. The popularity of our solution and the high customer loyalty are confirmed by statistics. According to our latest figures, the growth rate of parcels in 2014 compared to 2012 exceeded 440%. We intend to continue our current growth rate and steadily increase our share of the parcel market." - comments Ireneusz Kazimierczyk, CEO of InPost Paczkomaty.

Ireneusz Kazimierczyk gained experience as, among others, director of the national expansion of the Biedronka shop chain, managing director and creator of the head office for the operation of more than 250 Żabka shops, chairman of the board of Czerwona Torebka, and from 2013 to 2015 chairman of the board of Merlin.pl.

InPost parcel machines® are appreciated by both retailers and consumers worldwide. They are distinguished by innovation and the use of state-of-the-art technology. Thanks to the revolutionary service QuickZwroty.co.uk, online shoppers can exchange or return goods to an e-retailer for free in one place. In 2014, payment card readers were installed in all Paczkomat® InPost terminals, a significant proportion of which allow contactless payments. In turn, a new functionality for advanced parcel tracking was offered to terminal users from February 2015.

Delivery via Paczkomat® InPost is currently enabled by nearly 6,500 e-shops worldwide (including Merlin, MediaMarkt, Saturn, Gandalf.com.pl, Answear.com) and 30,000 sellers offering their products on Allegro. According to Integer.pl Group research, a total of more than 20 million customers have already used Paczkomaty® InPost, and 98% of parcels are ready for collection within 24 hours of posting. As many as 98% of users say they would use the service again, and 97% of them recommend it to friends.

Strategic cooperation between InPost and Allegro

In November, InPost reached an agreement with Allegro for strategic cooperation in the delivery of products ordered online. Now, in the delivery options, each e-tailer can add new options: Allegro PaczkomatyÒ InPost (PLN 7.99) and Allegro Polecony InPost (PLN 3.94). This is the cheapest form of delivery available - for both registered mail and parcels. In each of these options, customers are guaranteed a free return of the purchased goods.

For e-shops, the reasons for choosing delivery by means of Parcel Machines® InPost are the competitive price of delivery and convenience for the customer. As Integer.pl Group's statistics show, more than half of parcels are collected from innovative terminals between 5pm and 8pm, and 30% during the weekend. The popularity of using terminals outside the standard opening hours of traditional courier companies and service outlets demonstrates the strong demand for unlimited time solutions. Deloitte analysts point out that e-tailers who do not offer the "pick up and drop off" option, of which Paczkomaty® InPost is the most perfect version, run a significant risk of not increasing online sales. Statistics show that 80 per cent of online shoppers are more likely to make a purchase if the e-store offers delivery to an InPost Parcel Machine®. Limited delivery options, in turn, are a reason for abandonment for nearly ¾ of shoppers (73%).

Paczkomaty® InPost is currently the world's largest network for the self-service sending and receiving of parcels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without queues and in a convenient location, thus providing the highest level of logistics service for goods ordered online.

InPost parcel machines® are already operating on five continents, among others in countries such as: United Kingdom , France, Italy , Poland , Ireland, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Colombia, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia. There are - in various business models - more than 4,000 Paczkomat® InPost terminals operating worldwide. The company plans to install a further 6,000 terminals across Europe, Asia, the Americas, as well as in the Middle East and Africa.

The highest quality of the Integer.pl Group's services is confirmed by awards: Polish internet users awarded InPost with the Ekomersy award in the category of "Best product/service to support e-commerce logistics". . The company's innovativeness was recognised, among others, by the weekly WPROST with the title of 'Innovator of the Year 2014' and it won the 'Leader of Modern Technologies' competition organised by the Institute of New Technologies. Integer.pl Group was also awarded the Special Prize in the competition "Polish Company - International Champion " for dynamic expansion and promotion of Poland abroad. The company's consistent growth is also confirmed by the title "Gazelles of Business" awarded by Puls Biznesu to the most dynamically developing Polish companies.

InPost's international recognition is evidenced by its numerous awards: the title of 'Supplier of the Year' at Post Expo 2014, winning the prestigious World Mail Award four times between 2010 and 2013, 'The Delivery Excellence Award 2014' in the category: "Best Carrier Contribution to Delivery Innovation", which Parcel Machinesâ InPost received 2014 in the UK, or the Postal Technology International Award in the 'Retail Innovation of the Year' category for 'Innovation of the Year'.
