More than 88% of Paczkomaty® InPost users rate them better than the services of the Polish Postal Service

As many as 75% of those surveyed say they choose Paczkomaty® InPost because they are - unlike most stationary postal outlets - open 24/7 . More than 70% of respondents consider the service provided by the devices to be competitively priced. Some 59% of respondents, in turn, believe that their decision to use the terminals is determined by the convenient location of Paczkomat® InPost.

"It is clear from the research that standard postal services, especially given the extremely developed e-commerce market, are not sufficient. Consumers expect more convenience, they want to be able to comfortably collect their parcels at any time of the day or night - that is why Poles rate Paczkomaty® InPost so highly. Of course, this does not mean that traditional methods of delivering correspondence cannot be more efficient. However, this requires improvements, investment in innovation and cooperation between operators in the postal market. InPost, together with PGP, is effectively implementing the Electronic Receipt of Undelivery (EPO) project, which speeds up the circulation of correspondence and does away with archaic paper 'returns'. An example of fruitful cooperation is our cooperation with Allegro, thanks to which we have offered our customers the cheapest - available in Poland - delivery form Allegro Polecony InPost". comments Rafał Brzoska, President of the Integer.pl Group, the operator of the Paczkomaty® InPost network and owner of InPost, the largest private postal operator in Poland, providing its services throughout the country.

InPost has a network of more than 8,300 customer service points across Poland, 76% of which are also open on Saturdays and 8% on Sundays. In 2014, the number of parcels handled by InPost was around 280 million pieces.

Research carried out by InPost in cooperation with the Maritime University of Szczecin also indicates that as many as 75% of InPost's Parcel Machines® users rate them "better" and "much better" than traditional courier services.

There are already more than 1,300 Paczkomat® InPosts operating in Poland - the network was expanded by a further 200 locations compared to the end of 2014. The decision to expand stems from the growing needs of residents in smaller towns and cities, who are increasingly keen to take advantage of the e-commerce offer and aims to provide them with 24/7 parcel collection. Integer.pl Group intends to continue its expansion and will install a total of 600 new terminals in 2015.

Paczkomaty® InPost in 2014 once again broke records for popularity among Polish e-commerce users. The number of parcels delivered using the terminals increased by more than 90.5% compared to 2013 and by 440% compared to 2012. In the fourth quarter of 2014, InPost reached an agreement with Allegro for strategic cooperation in the delivery of products ordered online. Now, in the shipping options, each e-tailer can add new options: Allegro Paczkomaty InPost (PLN 7.99) and Allegro Polecony InPost (PLN 3.94). This is the cheapest form of delivery available - both for registered letter and parcel. In each of these options, customers are guaranteed a free return of the purchased goods.

Paczkomaty® InPost are already operating on 5 continents, including countries such as the UK, France, Italy, Poland, Ireland, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Colombia, Canada, Australia and Saudi Arabia. By the end of 2015, more than 5,000 InPost Parcel Machines® will be available - in various business models - around the world. The company plans to install a further 4,000 terminals across Europe, Asia, the Americas, as well as in the Middle East and Africa.

The highest quality of Integer.pl Group's services is confirmed by awards: for the third time, Polish Internet users have honoured InPost with the Ekomersy award in the 'Best product/service supporting e-commerce logistics' category. The company's innovativeness was recognised, among others, by the WPROST weekly with the title 'Innovator of the Year 2014' and it won the 'Leader of Modern Technologies' competition organised by the Institute of New Technologies. Integer.pl Group also received a Special Award in the "Polish Company - International Champion" competition for its dynamic expansion and promotion of Poland abroad. The consistent development of the company is also confirmed by the title "Gazelles of Business" awarded by Puls Biznesu to the most dynamically developing Polish companies.

InPost has also received numerous international accolades: the title of 'Supplier of the Year' at Post Expo 2014, winning the prestigious World Mail Award four times between 2010 and 2013, 'The Delivery Excellence Award 2014' in the category: "Best Carrier Contribution to Delivery Innovation", which Paczkomaty® InPost received 2014 in the UK, or the Postal Technology International Award in the 'Retail Innovation of the Year' category for 'Innovation of the Year'.
