New: send parcels conveniently from abroad to Poland

Heading off on a holiday abroad? We’ve got some great news for you! You can now send a parcel or your luggage via the InPost app – including from 7 European countries to Poland!

We have just launched a new service that makes it even easier to send parcels from abroad to Poland via the InPost app and website SzybkieNadania.pl .

• No heavy lifting.
• No additional charges at the airport.
• Without having to look for a local carrier.
• No need to fill in forms in a foreign language.

Sending parcels to and from Europe is now just as easy as sending them with InPost within Poland.

Where can you send a parcel to Poland?

Until now, we’ve been able to send parcels from Poland to Europe via the InPost Mobile app and SzybkieNadania.pl. Now it works the other way round too. And what’s more, we’re opening up Italy, which wasn’t available before!

You can send parcels to Poland via Paczkomat from 7 European countries:

• Italy (new)
• France
• Belgium
• the Netherlands
• Luxembourg
• Spain
• Portugal

How does it work?

There are two ways to send your parcel:

In the InPost Mobile app

1. On the main screen, select ‘Send or return’ → ‘Send’.
2. Go to the " International ” at the top of the screen.
3. Select the country of dispatch (e.g. ‘Italy’) and the country of delivery (‘Poland’), then the parcel size.
4. Please enter the recipient’s and sender’s details, as well as the destination Parcel Locker.
5. Pay for the shipment.

There you go! Isn't that easy?

On the SzybkieNadania.pl website

The process is very similar here, but everything takes place in the browser.

1. Visit the website SzybkieNadania.pl and the " International delivery ”.
2. Select the country you are sending from (e.g. ‘Italy’) and the country you are sending to (‘Poland’).
3. Select the parcel size.
4. Please enter the recipient’s and sender’s details, as well as the destination Parcel Locker.
5. Please accept the terms and conditions and pay for the shipment.

Set the pace for your travels

Hold on to your memories, but let your luggage go first. Available in our shop outofthebox.pl you’ll find a special product – a suitcase InPost Parcel Suitcase with the slogan “Pack yourself into Paczkomat”, designed to fit into a size C locker (41 x 38 x 64 cm). This means you can send and collect it conveniently via Paczkomat!

It is made from durable polycarbonate and features a practical detachable wheels and built-in 4-digit combination lock .

When will the parcel arrive in Poland?

The estimated delivery time depends on the country of dispatch:

• Italy – 5 working days
• France – 3 working days
• Belgium – 3 working days
• Netherlands – 3 working days
• Luxembourg – 3 working days
• Spain – 4 working days
• Portugal – 4 working days

*The delivery period begins on the next working day after the parcel is posted.

Dimensions and weight of parcels sent from abroad to Poland

A label or a QR code

The method of posting depends on the country from which you are sending the parcel:

• France and the Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Portugal) – with a printed label or via a QR code.
• Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg – with a printed label. Pro tip: some collection points (Points Relais / Afhaalpunten) have a printer. Show the QR code to print the label on the spot.
• Italy – with a printed label.

Change of plans and other unforeseen circumstances

What happens if you send your luggage and, for example, your flight is cancelled? Don’t worry – any uncollected items will be returned to the point of dispatch.

Where to drop off and collect a parcel

You can check the list of available Parcel Lockers and other drop-off and collection points on the website inpost.pl/find-a-parcel-locker .

A foreign number and a Polish app

To send international parcels via the Polish InPost Mobile app, you need to log in using a Polish phone number. If you don’t have one, you can easily send your parcel via the website SzybkieNadania.pl .
