The number of Parcel Machines® InPost is greater than the number of Poczta Polska's own outlets

Parcel machines® are available in smaller and smaller towns and cities all over Poland!
The number of Paczkomat® InPost machines (4800 devices in Poland) - owned by the logistics operator in which some of the largest American investment funds Advent International and KKR have invested - has exceeded the scale of Poczta Polska's own outlets (4600). Thus, InPost's network of convenient and flexible pick-up and drop-off points is an excellent alternative for 24/7 parcel collection and delivery.
Paczkomaty® InPost is also the most frequently offered form of delivery for online shopping according to a report by Furgonetka.pl. As many as 74% of large shops and 44% of small and medium-sized shops offer delivery by Parcel Machines® InPost . The average cost of delivery through them is £10 in smaller and £9 in large online shops.
"InPost's network of Parcel Machines® is growing in size and available in smaller and smaller towns. It is already easier to send or collect a parcel at a Parcel Machine® than at a post office . Not only are we expanding our reach, but we are also developing further services that Parcelkomat® can offer. Ultimately, it will be the Paczkomat®, managed from a smartphone, that will be able to be an automated and accessible 24-hour facility. The automation of services is inevitable, and the advantage that technology gives us effectively serves our customers. Therefore, it is the innovative solutions that will gain the upper hand - both in terms of flexibility and economics." says Rafał Brzoska, CEO of InPost .
„ As an investor, we are very pleased with the development of InPost - both in terms of the network and availability of Parcel Machines® and from the rapidly growing volume of shipments. The company continues to grow faster than the e-commerce market, allowing us to expect further excellent results. The funding we have secured with the KKR fund is essential to keep services modern and innovative - and further upgrades and equipment purchases mean that InPost can stay ahead of the competition. This is why InPost's services are rated so highly by Poles." highlighted Nick Rose, managing director of Advent International.
