Dear customers,

we announce that as of 25 January from 23:00 to 26 January until 04:00 maintenance and modernisation of our IT systems will take time. During this time, it will not be possible to use some InPost services.

What difficulties can you expect in relation to the planned IT work?

It will not be possible:

  • the use of Fast Shipment and Fast Return;
  • generation of return codes for Allegro and Fast Returns shipments;
  • sending sms/email messages with receipt codes for parcels;
  • displaying the current status of parcels, Parcel Post and POP on the website and on other platforms, such as Allegro or the mobile app;
  • sending parcel shipments at Parcel Machines and POP;
  • the possibility of sending parcels without a label;
  • paying for parcels on delivery using PayByLink.

The collection of parcels placed in Parcel Machines prior to the start of work, as well as the sending of parcels with a generated label will be possible at all times. Parcels with the appropriate status will be able to be placed using the Parcel Machine screen.
