Record-breaking occupancy of Parcel Machines before Christmas

This year we have introduced a number of improvements aimed at increasing the timeliness of deliveries, even with such high volumes. However, given the fact that more and more Poles are choosing to shop online, Parcel Machines can be overcrowded during this particular period.

Please be advised that every effort will be made to ensure that parcels that are posted by 19 December 2016 are delivered before Christmas Eve.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that parcels arriving after this date will still be delivered before Christmas.
