InCoins are loyalty points that you can earn by taking part in the InPost loyalty programme. Check out the frequently asked questions and answers to help you manage your points quickly and efficiently and earn great rewards!

What rewards can I get for InCoins in the InPost app?

To collect InCoins, you first need to download our app – the InPost app is available on Google Play and the App Store completely free of charge. Once you have registered and given your consent to marketing communications, you will immediately be enrolled in the loyalty scheme. You collect InCoins, which you can then exchange for a range of rewards we’ve prepared for our users.

The prizes are divided into those relating to InPost’s services and those organised in collaboration with partners. The first of these includes, amongst other things, discounts on sending parcels via Paczkomat, on extending the collection deadline, and on a range of other services offered by InPost.

Rewards from partners include, amongst other things, various types of discounts to be used in shops on a wide range of products – accessories, clothing, fashion items, sports gear – as well as on catering services, subscription services and a host of other attractive offers. It’s worth checking the InPost app regularly – there are often limited-time rewards, freebies, tickets to concerts and other events. Every reward in the rewards catalogue in the InPost app is described in detail, along with the conditions that must be met in order to claim it.

There’s also an extra category of interesting, fun rewards – these are avatars that you can choose for just a few points to make your app look even more interesting than it already does!

Each reward requires a specific number of InCoins. It’s best to check the terms and conditions for claiming prizes regularly via our app, as they may change. Rewards under the InPost brand range from 130 to 200 InCoins, although these figures are subject to change.

How can I check the availability of InCoin rewards?

To check the availability of individual rewards, you’ll need the InPost Mobile app. On the home screen, you’ll find the ‘Rewards’ tab – at the bottom of the screen, marked with a trophy icon. Once you’ve gone to the tab, scroll down a little until you find the image of a gift box. Click on ‘Discover rewards’ (with the arrow) – this will take you to the list of currently available rewards for InCoins.

At the start of the rewards catalogue, you’ll find the ‘Best of the Best’ section, where we’ve compiled the hottest offers available for InCoins. This means you always have the most interesting offers at your fingertips. Below, the rewards have been divided into clear categories, making it easier to browse the benefits and helping you quickly find the offers best suited to your needs. Once you’ve selected a specific category, you’ll gain access to the full list of active rewards. Each offer includes a detailed description – simply click to go to the details screen. If you don’t have enough InCoins to claim your chosen reward, the progress bar will immediately show you how many more you need to claim it.

Do InCoins have an expiry date?

InCoins you have earned before 1 February 2026 remain valid for 24 months, whilst points earned after 1 February 2026 are valid for 12 months. When you redeem or use InCoins, they are deducted from the oldest to the most recent.

Do the rewards for InCoins change, and how often?

Yes, the rewards in the InPost loyalty programme are subject to change – we frequently introduce new features to make taking part in the scheme even more varied.

Among the partner rewards, you’ll find items such as vouchers of a specific value to be used on a particular brand’s products and services (e.g. shoes, clothing, sports accessories, electronics, groceries, home goods, catering, or a discount on a streaming service subscription).

You can find details of how to redeem and use a particular reward by clicking on it in the InPost Mobile app. There is no set frequency for when the rewards change, but it’s worth checking back regularly to see if you’ve already accumulated the required number of InCoins to redeem.

What’s more, each reward description also includes information on how long you have to redeem a particular code or voucher – it’s worth keeping an eye on this so you don’t miss out on your reward!

How do I redeem my InCoin rewards, step by step?

The instructions for claiming your prizes are intuitive and incredibly simple:

1. Open the InPost Mobile app,
2. tap the cup icon at the bottom of the screen labelled ‘Prizes’,
3. At the top, you’ll see how many InCoins you have in your account,
4. scroll down a little and select the gift icon labelled ‘Discover the rewards’,
5. Check out the full list of all the prizes,
6. Click on the prize of your choice – the same button also shows you how many InCoins you need to spend on it,
7. When you click on it, a full description of the prize will appear, along with the terms and conditions for claiming and using it,
8. Click ‘Exchange’; if you don’t have enough InCoins, you’ll see the message ‘Get InCoins’,
9. And… that’s it! Enjoy your prize.

This is how you’ll claim your chosen reward, which you’ll receive straight away – you’ll find it in the ‘My Rewards’ tab. It’s worth using InPost’s services and collecting loyalty points regularly, because it really doesn’t take much effort on your part – they accumulate almost without you realising, as you go about using our services every day.
