How the InPost loyalty scheme works

The InPost loyalty scheme is completely free. The way it works is based on collecting InCoins – loyalty points in the InPost Mobile app – which you can then exchange for rewards.

You’ll soon find that points can pile up in no time – send and receive parcels with InPost and complete other challenges in the app, then redeem them and enjoy your rewards!

In addition to the regular challenges and rewards in the catalogue, we organise special promotions from time to time, such as the InPost prize draw, where you can win great prizes.

The rules are simple, and by joining the InPost loyalty scheme you can also save a lot – one of the rewards on offer is discounts on our services, such as sending parcels or extending the collection period for parcels via a Parcel Locker.

Who is the InPost loyalty programme aimed at?

The InPost loyalty programme is aimed at individuals, i.e. those who are not business entities (companies). All you need to do is be one of our customers and have the InPost Mobile app installed, which is available for free on the App Store and Google Play.

It will be of benefit to everyone who uses our services – including sending parcels, including international ones, collecting parcels from Paczkomat and PaczkoPunkt machines and from couriers, and making purchases via InPost Pay.

How do I join the InPost loyalty scheme?

To join the scheme, all you need is the InPost Mobile app installed – log in, then give your consent – and you’re all set.

Once you’ve joined the InPost loyalty programme and completed the challenges, InCoins – loyalty points marked with a gold coin icon – will start to be credited to your account on a regular basis. You can exchange these for rewards available in the app – simply go to the ‘Rewards’ tab, marked with a trophy icon, which you’ll find at the bottom of the app’s main screen.

There, you can check your InCoin balance, see what rewards we’ve got in store for you, and find out how many InCoins you need to spend on each one.

You earn InCoins by completing the challenges you’ll find in the app. One group of tasks is ‘Always in Play’; this is a fixed set of tasks for which you can earn InCoins. These include shopping with InPost Pay, sending parcels, collecting a parcel from a courier, or redirecting a courier parcel to a Paczkomat parcel locker.

There’s also another way to collect InCoins – Quick Challenges, which are tasks that must be completed within a set time limit. The fun of it all is that you have a limited amount of time to complete them, and they can vary depending on the app user – that’s why it’s worth checking the app regularly so you don’t miss out on tasks that can easily earn you extra InCoins.

What rewards are available in the InPost loyalty scheme?

The InPost loyalty scheme offers you the chance to save money when using our services. You can exchange your collected InCoins for discounts on sending parcels or extending the collection period at Paczkomat parcel lockers, amongst other things.

There are also rewards available in the form of discounts and vouchers from our partners – the list is updated regularly, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye on the latest offers we post in the app. You might come across something you’ll want to start collecting points for straight away! In the rewards catalogue, you’ll find vouchers for digital services, meal allowances, tickets and much more!

To make it even easier to navigate the InPost rewards catalogue, we’ve introduced clear sections that allow you to find the right rewards more quickly. In the “Best of the Best” section, we showcase the hottest deals and most interesting offers from the rewards catalogue. We’ve also divided the rewards into categories, so you can easily browse the offers that interest you most.

There is a wide range of prizes on offer, so there is something for everyone. Each reward has a set number of InCoins assigned to it, for which it can be exchanged. You can find more details by clicking on the option of your choice.
