Therefore, InPost enables the exchange of unused Postage Stamps for funds which can be used to pay for logistics services remaining in the InPost offer and available in the Parcel Manager.
Only unused Postage stamps, i.e. stamps that were not previously affixed to the packaging of the postal item, which were not stamped with the seal of the Postal Operator, with which the Postal Service was not paid for, as well as stamps in a complete state, i.e. not damaged and not damaged to the extent that makes their identification and possible use for their intended purpose impossible, shall be exchanged.
In order to make use of the exchange option, the Customer should forward by post or in person the unused Postage Stamps and a correctly completed Application for exchange of Postage Stamps to the following address:
