- CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) - is the indicator that focuses most on showing the effectiveness of a company's marketing efforts. The survey is usually conducted in the form of a questionnaire - buyers can rate their satisfaction with the products and services offered according to a prepared scale;
- NPS (Net Promotion Score) - an indicator to help measure customer loyalty, the survey uses one question: "How likely are you to recommend brand X to friends or colleagues?" Respondents mark their answer on a scale from 0 to 10.
