What is mPOK?

This is a mobile Service Point. You can pick up your parcel there directly from courier which is waiting at a marked InPost vehicle.

To collect your parcel, give the courier your phone number and the temporary collection code (6 digits) from the SMS message you received. That's all - the InPost courier will not ask you for any other data.

We will move your parcel to a Parcel Machine as soon as space in the box becomes available. We will inform you of this in the mobile app and by email and/or SMS.

If you do not collect your parcel from the mPOK, we will make another delivery attempt - in the first instance to the target Parcel Machine. From then on, the parcel will be waiting for you for 48 hours.
