Thanks to the possibility of redirecting a courier shipment, you can pick up your parcel from a Parcel Locker, PUDO point, or simply from a neighbour, if the courier does not find you at home.

Redirecting a courier shipment is now also possible in the InPost Mobile application! It is a quick and convenient solution for anyone who likes to have their shipments under control. Just click on the "Redirect" button and choose a new delivery option. The shipment redirection service is free of charge.
How to redirect a courier shipment?
In the InPost Mobile application, on the tracking list or in the shipment details, click the "Redirect" button next to the selected courier shipment and then select your new preferred delivery option.
You can redirect your parcel to a neighbour (within the same street as the original shipment address), to a Parcel Locker (if the parcel meets the criteria, including size - it must fit into a locker), or to a PUDO point.
And that's it! We recommend redirecting the parcel to a nearby parcel locker, from where you can pick it up 24/7.
