How to return a product bought on Allegro?
To return an item:
- Go to the Kupione tab, find the item you want to return and click on "Szczegóły". Then select the option "Zwróć część lub całość zakupu", fill in the data and click "Zgłoś zwrot sprzedającemu". Choose Allegro InPost as the shipping method and generate a return code. You can generate only one code for a purchase in one offer (regardless of the number of items bought under this offer).
- You will receive a text message with a return code. At the same time, inform the seller of your intention to return the item.
- Prepare the shipment. You will not need a shipping label or return address. All you have to do is use the return code you will receive in a text message:
- If you are returning an Allegro miniCourier24 InPost shipment, go with it and with the return code to an InPost Customer Service Point.
- If you return an Allegro Courier24 InPost shipment and its weight does not exceed 25 kg and its dimensions allow, go to any Parcel Locker and proceed as in the case of an Allegro InPost Parcel Locker shipment.
- Free returns are available only to registered users and for transactions prepaid via Allegro Finance.

Remember! You have 14 days to click the return button (counting from the time you collect the shipment) and then another 14 days to return the shipment. Free returns are only available to registered Allegro users. You can use free returns for Allegro Kurier24 InPost, Allegro Paczkomaty24/7 InPost, or Allegro miniKurier24 InPost.
