What is Dynamic Redirection of courier shipments?

Dynamic Redirecting is a free service that allows you to redirect a shipment to a nearby Parcel Locker, where you can pick it up 24/7, a Parcel Service Point, or to any address on your street (i.e. to a neighbour).

What is a Parcel Collection Point?

This is an InPost outlet or a partner's store, open at certain times.

How do I use the Dynamic Redirecting service?

Are you waiting for a courier shipment? You will receive an in-app notification / email / SMS from us, in which we will inform you that your parcel is on its way. For selected shipments that meet certain criteria, incl. concerning dimensions, we enable them to be redirected to a Parcel Locker, Parcel Service Point, or a neighbour's address indicated by the recipient (it should be located on the same street as the recipient's address).

In order for us to redirect your shipment (to a Parcel Locker, Parcel Service Point or a neighbour), it should meet certain conditions, including size. If your shipment qualifies for redirecting, we will notify you by email or SMS.
